The Called

Coming home with the lost elements

The Called are the people coming home to carry back the element each village lost in the drift. So far two are known: Tari, bringing Sound, and Pere, bringing Fire.

Each village lost its second element in the drift. The Called are the ones coming home to carry it back, and River turns where they turn.

Temeama's rising stirred the whole nation, so now they're coming home everywhere, and the canoe carries them.

Each one brings back the virtue that left with the element: warmth to Temeama, creativity to the water village, and on up the route inland.
